Collect the business requirements from Business Context, Business Process, Information and It Landscape. Check that these business requirements are within the scope. Validate these business requirements and create a consistent set business requirements: the Business Requirements Catalogue.

Main Description

All these business requirements are documented according to the Requirements Management Plan. The business requirements are subject to quality assurance by using the checklists (based on the guidelines). They are documented in the draft version of the Business Requirements Catalogue.

If an existing Business Requirements Catalogue is used as a base it has been validated in the Focus And Direction Phase and was part of the Consolidated And Validated Intake Report and the collected business requirements will be added. The existing Business Requirements Catalogue will be renamed Business Requirements Catalogue (Draft).
